Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. Bought from "Whole Foods" in Marietta, GA
This is a clear yellow brew with a small white head. It has a strong wheat aroma and it is matched in the flavor department. It is not a bad example of a wheat beer.

Got a six-pack of these to try at Whole Foods today because they were on sale and I like wheat beers - a winning combination. I found this beer to be unremarkable, but in a good way. Although it is not an outstanding beer, it is not bad either. On the whole, I found it well-balanced and refreshing with no weaknesses that needed overlooking - very drinkable and worth having another.

12 oz bottle into a pint glass.

A: Pours a very hazy straw color. The head is a two finger white shade, featuring a nice frothiness and acceptable retention. Thin rings of lacing are left behind.

S: Very similar, I think, to Blue Moon. There's the same kind of muddled orange peel note, a touch of spice, and even a bit of cereal grain that reminds me of the crafty stalwart. Some wheat character comes through in spurts. All in all, not particularly impressive.

T: At first, it's vaguely citrusy, with just the faintest hint of general coriander. On the finish, I'm getting a slight cereal grain character, and not much else. It's really bland, and not terribly drinkable to make up for it. Meh.

M: It tries to be creamy, but the strange astringency makes sure that doesn't really happen. It's sort of generically sweet and heavy, killing the drinkability. And yet, it's still watery...

O: I like how the bottle freely admits its crafty beer - it's almost as if it's telling you not to buy it! And you shouldn't either. Honestly, it's about seventy steps lower than Blue Moon on the wheat beer totem pole, and that's really a bad place to be.

A - light, clear, yellow with a soft, bubbly, white head that settles to a short cap

S - wheat, lemon

T - straw, wheat, some faint bread, light lemon

M - light bodied, crisp, decent carbonation

This is a pretty simple, forgettable beer. It's light and refreshing, but it lacks flavor. It would be nice to have one of these on a hot day, but this isn't a beer I'm looking to buy again.
