A: Perfectly clear amber orange, thin off-white head. Looks so clean. Bottle artwork is pleasant, nothing outstanding.

S: Good amount of citrus, a bit of resin.

T: Strong hops, bitter but not off-putting.

M: Clean and crisp and well-carbonated. As good as any I've ever had.

O: A solid IPA, if nothing that truly stand out from the others. It's refreshing, but if you want to destroy your palate you'll be disappointed with this easy-sipping offering.

Pours a golden color with a touch of orange hues, good sized head that sticks around for awhile, only small bits of lacing on the glass though, thinnish leftover cap.

Smell is not hoppy at all, pretty much heavy on the sweet malt and some caramel, maybe the slightest hint of pine but seems stale, with no bottle date it's hard to tell if it's old and musty.

Taste is as anticipated with a very weak hop profile, sweet pale malt is the most dominate flavor, only a touch of piney hops in the aftertaste but fades quickly from the palate, carbonation is nice and assertive, adds a touch of body to a lack luster beer.

12 ounce bottle poured into a pint glass.

A- it has a nice dark amber, almost copper color. there was only a half-finger head and minimal lacing left in the glass.

S- nothing very noticeable comes through in the smell other than a malty note more common in adjunct lagers. The smell was a big disappointment after the nice dark amber color. toward the bottom of the glass it smelled of cheap, stale beer like I drank in college.

T- Again, disappointing. I held forth hope after the first sip because I detected some slight vanilla and honey flavors, but it did not hold out in subsequent sips. I kept waiting for some hops flavor that never fully developed.

M- Not too bad. I was left with a slight bitterness on the back of the tongue that was nice, but to go along with that I had to deal with the metallic feel too.

O- I don't recommend this beer. It simply does not qualify as in IPA in my opinion. It was not horrible, but it was not good either. The hops flavor and bite that I look for was not present. Save yourself a few bucks per six and buy a mass produced adjunct lager.

Definite drain pour. Smelled of aluminum and grass. Tasted like sucking on a penny covered in hops. Mouthfeel doesn't leave for quite sometime. Unfortunately, it is completely unpleasant. The only upside? It definitely looked nice in the glass. All downhill from there though.
