Sampling right now on 11/24/14. From the Tap Room Brewing Company in Rochester, New York. Bottle chilled down to 36 degrees F in my beer cooler and poured in to a "CHEER'S-BOSTON" handled-glass stein.
Pours a pretty darker golden-amber in color with a thin white cap. Some spotty lacing is seen but not a lot. The aroma is of sweet grains for the most part. The taste has a bit more going on with some caramel, hint of toffee and sweet malts. Very smooth and goes down easy. Medium-bodied with perfect carbonation. Wasn't sure of how this brew would taste as I thought it was some gimmick Bud product brewed under a different name, it isn't. Overall a great tasting brew.

A - dark gold with a thin lacing of soapy, white head that fades fast
S - grainy, sweet, alcohol
T - grainy, mild earthy bitterness, faint fruity esters, alcohol
M - medium bodied, a bit warm, very crisp, a bit overcarbonated
This is a pretty decent beer. There isn't much here, but a typical bock. The grainy qualities give a sweeter-than-should-be flavor and aroma, but overall this is a to-style bock. I'm not sure this is a beer I'll have again, but it satisfied my lager craving tonight.

Had this beer from the bottle. Figured the name Mob Boss had to be a gimmick beer...
Pored into my favorite beer glass and got to say had an impressive head .. about two fingers, held great too. got to say really think the head was best part of this beer
Appearence was nice Golden caramel.. Nice carbonation... Good bubbles
Taste was by far most lacking, Not bad but not great. No bad after taste just what i thought it would be as far as taste... Would have this beer again....but not make a trip out for it

A - Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a one-finger, off-white head of foam. It left thin rings of lace.
S - It smelled of caramel and sweet toffee.
T - Toffee, caramel and a sweet malty flavor. A floral hop presence.
M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A light to medium bodied lager with a dry finish.
O - This is an okay bock beer. Easy drinking and smooth.
