Pours a hazy yellow, with a large white head that sticks around, and laces in torn sheets. Aroma is fruity (banana, lemon, apple, some pear), and some clove and other spices. Flavor is a very refreshing fruitiness. Medium in body, very drinkable, quite refreshing.

A hazy straw hued liquid rests below a foamy white head. The aroma hints at malt with an infusion of fruity citrus yeast. The initial flavor of ester comes with a good amount of bitterness. The bitterness flows throughout the brew and tends to drown out the flavors of the malt and yeast. The body is smooth and just a bit heavier than usual for the style. The lasting bitterness leaves a bit of a harsh finish. The first glass is not bad, but the second started to grind on me a bit.

Served a cloudy golden color with an extremly short head. Tastes quite fruity and malty with quite the spicey too. There is a good deal of balance amoung the flavors. A solid wit brew. Not among the best of the style, but a brew worth enjoying when on tap at watch city.

This beer poured a translucent bright yellow body. The bartender poured it so that there was almost no head, what I could see though was a bit of white foam though.
The smell of this beer was extremly inviting. Fruit. spice, cinnamon, apples, pears.
The taste was very light and highly carbonated. Lots of fruit and spices. Apples, pears, bananna, lemon zest. Actually it seemed to be spiced a lot like a pumpkin beer. Heavy on the nutmeg and cinnamon flavors. Yet at the same time it balanced well against the almost hefeweisen type fruit flavors.
Overall it was just a wonderful belgian wit, maybe not the quintessential wit, but a delicious beer none the less.

Sampled on tap at the brewpub.
This wit bier poured a cloudy, golden amber color with modest white foam. The smell was wheat malt and a hint of spices. The taste was a very nice wit beer flavor of wheat and some spices in the background. Perhaps some pepper or coriander were present. A nice tangy flavor. The mouthfeel was crisp. Medium body and moderate carbonation feel. Nice finish and aftertaste that hinted of mild pepper. Overall, a nice, refreshing wit beer.
