As best I can tell this is a new beer at Watch City. The style is a Belgian Pale, but they make it with about 10% clover honey. My 1st question was : at what point do they add the honey? ItÂ’s a golden to pale brown beer, very hazy that only has a light head with no real lace to speak of. On the nose detect some yeast, and I do catch the honey. There is not a lot of malt, or hops on the nose. The taste has a pleasant sweetness, this time definitely from the honey, although the beer is there too, and you can finally detect a little hops. It has a great mouth feel, and is very drinkable. This is a good session beer at 5.11, not too sweet, so it goes down good.
