Dropped my speed to 45 mph with this one on 2/19/2005. 16-oz. pint right at the source.
Printed on the menu as A Belgian Wheat Ale no spices, just clean, refreshing and low in alcohol, and 4.4% abv. Nice cream with big bubbles of sticking head. Off-orange with hints of copper to hue with some haze and light action. Orange peel, lemon twist, and some ginger on nose. Wheat, orange zest, light malt, and as described, no spices, although there is some evidence of rock candy sweetness. Very refreshing and bold in its up-front plainness; great session ale.
