They called it Buster Nut Brown this time, but I'm not allowed to add beers yet (sniff!)
Anyway, it took three sets of pulls to get the froth to settle down into a glass of beer. Far more carbonation than what I saw coming out on tap this night.
The fruit of this grand production was a beautiful reddish caramel brew, with a tan frothy head. The froth dies down to clumps you can spoon up.
Enticing scent of spice and yeast like baking cinnamon rolls.
Like drinking air, sweetened with hazelnut and caramel. The yeast taste is very alive. I think the yeast still going so strong is why there was such a froth.
Most quaffable. I could have had a couple more, but I had to drive home.
