Had on 11/3 at Watch City
Description of this beer - Belgian style pale ale with so much hops that it borders on an IPA.
A: This beer pours a clear, deep amber/copper color with a one finger of sudsy head. Nice head retention with sticky but wispy lacing.
S: Nose is strong citrusy hops, pale and caramel malts, hints of yeast.
T: Taste is starts with caramel malts, a hint of yeast, pale malts come through in the middle with a touch of spice. Finish has some dark fruits in it and an alcohol warmth/flavoring.
M: Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, oily feel with a slick finish.
D: This is a well blended beer, highly enjoyable, and one that I could have a few more of.
