Had at watch City 9/2 reviewed from notes
served in a pint glass
A: This beer pours a straw yellow with a two finger of creamy head. Head recedes quickly leaving thick sheets of lacing on the glass.
S: Nose is vanilla, cream, and a biscuit quality.
T: Taste starts with a very light cream flavoring before moving in to vanilla bean notes. Vanilla holds flavoring through the beer as it then finishes with a grainy/biscuit note.
M: Lighter side of medium body, medium carbonation, almost thin and watery but creamy at the same time.
D: Goes down alright, not filling, not much kick, ok representation of style. I'd opt for other cream ales if given the choice.
