Fantastic cask IPA. Pour is cloudy amber, minimal head. Aroma is very floral with a strong fruitiness (grapefruit mostly). Taste is also very floral to start, fruity sweet in the middle, and a good hop bitterness at the end. Very thick in the mouth, and the hops stick to your tongue for a while.

The first thing that I noticed was the fruity smell and taste. Grapefruit is a flavor that comes to mind. It almost looks like it was poured out of a nitro can when you first see it. The head was 1/2 inch thick and never left. Overall it was well balanced and one that I will have again.

When it was intially served the beer looked like it had just gone through a nitro tap. Had to wait about 2 minutes to settle down. Head was offwhite, fluffy, and creamy looking. The body was a light reddish color and almost looked watery. Hop aromas were wonderfully earthy but not over the top. Tasted malty sweet but the hops quickly came into play to balance while providing a fair amount of flavor and bite without being too overpowering. It was just like an English style IPA without the mineral twang. Perfect amount of hops for an IPA without going overboard.
