This beer poured a dark ruby tan body with a nice white head.
Nose was amazing. Dark belgian wheat, malt, dark fruits, raisins, and candy. Pure Belgian heaven.
Taste is full bodied and extremely smooth. Waves of Belgian quad flavor. Banana, plums, raisin, candy sugar, wheat, prunes, dates, wow.! Bitterness is kept to a minimum (19 IBU's) but it's extremely well balanced. Ends with a smooth yeast and fruit belgian flavor.
Watch CIty brews are sometimes hit or miss, but this is a double grand slam. Wow! This is one of the best Belgian brewpub beers I've ever had. Awesome!
