Pour is a medium amber, with small white head, small bits of lace cling to the glass. Aroma is sweet, malty, and mild hops in the background. Flavor is sweet to start (honey, caramel), middle had a bit of tanginess to it (reminded me somewhat of banana, but with a slightly off flavor to them), ends with some hoppiness. Medium-full body, drinks very easy for the 7.4%.

This Maibock poured a hazy amber color with white foam. The smell was sweet and malty with some hops. The taste was malty, but a bit tangy (phenols?). Caramel and hops (bitter and floral) could be tasted in the finish. There was also a hint of alcohol in the taste. The mouthfeel was smooth with medium body and moderate carbonation. The drinkability was good for this lager.
