This is a very serviceable session bitter, and well-recommended. On cask at The Feathers in Ludlow, a short walk from the brewery.
Pours a radiant copper, with a small, creamy white head that initially laced well before sputtering out. Fresh orchard aroma, mixed in with a wildflower meadow. Decent biscuit base which also provides some fruit notes that combine well with the floral hopping. Medium-light body and restrained carbonation due to the cask pour. Sessionable stuff!
