Red Dawn is a refreshingly modern, hop-forward red ale. Brewed to perfection using the finest Maris Otter barley and lightly toasted German malts. A generous blend of Columbus and Citra hops blend to give classic American aromas of pine and citrus with a pleasantly bitter finish.

L: Clear, chestnut colour with one finger of off-white head that reduces to a decent cap.
S: Spicy & nutty but faint.
T: Citrus with a sweet, malty, lightly toasty backbone.
F: Medium/light body with a smooth mouthfeel, a little slick and a dry finish.
O: An APA with coffee. That’ll be the American hops over a lightly toasted German malt. Nice complexity. Good stuff.
