Tasted at the 2003 Oregon Brewers Fest. Medium gold color. Medium head. Aroma is malty and fruity. A medium bodied IPA. Malts are nutty and sweet. A touch oaky. Hops are spicy and slightly bitter. Tastes like a ramped up West coast style IPA. ItÂ’s bitter, yet it has a fairly smooth taste. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
