4oz pour as part of tasting flight of all Growler beers.
Certainly looks like your average Hefeweizen. Lighter, adequately hazy yellow with a medium head. The small pour made it harder to be sure about the quality of the head. It did have some stickiness.
Classic Hefeweizen nose that's heavy on the clove, average banana.
Heavy on the clove here as well, bready wheat, and a little sourness.
Full, mostly smooth mouthfeel, with a little chalky yeast.
I quite like this one. It's dead on style.
