Wheat is notably light in this wheat beer. There is a strong grain sense, but mostly from malted barley. Very little balance and not all that bitey for a wheat. Overall appearance and nose are quite average. This is not one of Watson's strongpoint brews. The other brews are much better with food.

Cloudy, pale brown color. Full round mouthfeel, and not as tart as would be expected, probably due to the maltiness. This brewer apparently likes a high malt profile, but I think it works against him in this style. Nonetheless it is a very drinkable beer.
