A - Poured out a copper color with a small, tan head of foam.
S - It smelled of smoked meats. Some caramel and roasted malt, too.
T - It tasted fairly smokey, but balanced. There was just a touch of sweet caramel.
M - It was sharp and smooth. A medium bodied ale.
O - This is one of the better Broadway brews.

Pours a cloudy, maize/brown color. 1/4 inch head of a white color. Great retention and good lacing. Smells of strong smoke, slight sweet malt, hint of pale malt, and a hint of hops. Fits the style of a Smoked Beer. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of strong smoke, slight sweet malt, slight caramel malt, and a hint of hop. Overall, dominated by the smoke aroma and flavors, a really good smoked beer.
