Originally made to celebrate our 300th batch brewed at the Pub, Batch 300 is a tropical and citrus fruit forward IPA. We’ve loaded this beer with Galaxy, Citra, Amarillo and Mosaic hops, resulting in huge notes of pineapple, mango, orange and grapefruit.

Pours a foggy orange with a finger of white foam. Aroma is tangerine, papaya, orange and resiny hops. Very bright and hoppy. Flavor profile is tangerine, papaya, orange, resiny and herbal hops. Sticky citrus is the game here. Mouth feel is sticky and fuzzy with a medium-thick. Overall, sticky and hoppy, with very low bitter.

Poured a clear, straw yellow color with golden highlights. It had a fluffy, white head of foam that left sticky, patches of foam. Big citrus aroma with hints of pine and burnt toast maltiness. Hops bring a piney bitterness with a strong dose of citrus. It has a nice sweet caramel backbone that balances out the potent hop bite.
