Our brew masters interpretation of a classic European Ale. Brewed with Northern Brewer and Cascade hops, this copper colored ale has a faint citrus aroma with orange and lemon flavors extracted from the American Cascade hops. One of our most hoppy offerings, it is great for pairing with food but also stands alone.

A - Poured out a clear, bubbly burgundy color with a thick, bubbly, off-white head of foam. It left behind sticky rings of lace.
S - It smelled of grapefruit, pine and orange. Some nice caramel aromas, too.
T - Good burnt toast maltiness with sharp bitter hops. Grapefruit and orange peel flavors come through, too.
M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A medium-bodied ale with a dry finish.
D - This is a pretty good IPA. I could see this being my go-to beer at Broadway.
