Partly cloudy, straw colored body. Slim white head that becomes scattered little islands and a ring. Small lacing dots slowly slide back down into the body.
Aroma of lemon, toasted malt, and spice such as coriander.
Taste is toasted malt, rice, lemon, and grass/hay.
Medium mouthfeel. Some tartness (lemon). Clean and crisp. Good carbonation.
Quite refreshing as a palate cleanser, with its tight finish.

On draft. Poured out a very clear, straw-yellow color with a small, fluffy, white head of foam. It left minimal lacing on the glass. It smelled of toasted bread, caramel and subtle floral notes. Sweet toffee and caramel taste with a very mild bitterness.
