13 oz. pour on draught at the brewery. It has a classic New England appearance: murky, dirty yellow-orange with a small cap of creamy, bright white foam and soapy lacing. The nose offers grapefruit and sweeter passion fruit, along with subtle white wine. The taste follows but the flavors are big and bold and the white wine taste is front and center along with lemon, grapefruit, and passion fruit. It's a classic New Zealand taste. There is little bitterness. The mouth feel is moderately creamy with pleasant carbonation and it drinks easily at 6.7% ABV. Overall, Uncle Tony showcases Riwaka hops very well. It's a fine NEIPA and it paired very well with panko encrusted fried Walleye.

On draft at Broadway. Poured a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace. It smelled of grapefruit, orange, caramel and resin. Sweet fruity taste with toasted caramel and a piney bitterness.
