Green Jacket is a West Coast Double IPA brewed and doubled dry hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra Cryo Fresh Hops.
Cryo Fresh is a brand new hop product from Yakima Chief Hops. It’s made from fresh, un-kilned whole-cone hops that are immediately frozen after harvest, then processed via a cryogenic lupulin extraction to isolate concentrated lupulin from the cone matter.
Hops hit their peak right when they’re picked but fade fast. Using freshly picked hops and processing in this way allows for the preservation of pure aroma and flavor that could only otherwise be experienced by being in close proximity to the farm.

32oz crowler. Poured out a slightly cloudy, golden yellow color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing. It smelled of grapefruit, orange, guava and caramel. Sweet tropical fruit taste with toasted caramel and a piney bitterness.
