This was seriously good. I really was not expecting an unassuming wheat ale to be this good. This is a really nice wheat beer, very fresh tasting, but with a delicious honey sweetness brewed into the mix. This tastes like someone brewed this on a farm or something, it just has that small batch, made with love and care type of flavor profile to it. Really tasty.

A - Poured a pale, hazy golden color with a small, bubbly white head. It left sudsy sheets of lace on the pint glass.

S - Honey! It had a strong honey aroma with a touch of wheat and spices.

T - Sweet honey flavor hits you up front with mild cracked wheat flavor and a touch of spices.

M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A light bodied ale with a dry finish.

O - This is a nice honey wheat beer. It seemed a little out of season for early December.
