Appearance - The beer poured a rich black color with off white bubbles crowning the glass.
Smell - The nose smelled of rich melty chocolate. I could picture chocolate melted in the s’more.
Taste - I could taste chocolate and marshmallow immediately. The graham cracker was only hinted. It amazed me that the profile became so much richer as the beer warmed. The profile was not cloying or overdone.
Mouthfeel - The beer was smooth, almost like a milk stout. Carbonation was modest, but present.
Overall - This was a well balanced s’more beer.
