Served on cask at Mr.Beery's in Sarasota.
A-really dark honey colored, slightly transparent. light cream colored head. starts thick then fades. no lacing
S-some hops and freshly cut papaya. medium strength
T-comes in slightly bitter with a solid taste of papaya. the papaya taste is stable but is faint. it is a taste that does last awhile. other than that, this IPA lasts some serious flavor or hop note. pretty boring.
M-very creamy with a dry finish. what else to expect from the cask?
O-goes down easily and is enjoyable, but it just isn't a great IPA. its actually very boring. the hops and bitterness are kept to an extreme minimum. in fact, even when fresh, this IPA might not satisfy any hop head. it still does go down quicker than your average session beer though.
