Half finger head on a hazy deep gold with amber hue body. Some lacing. Aroma is mostly hops and citrus. Flavor is a mildly complex hop character and nice malt backbone. This is a nice drinkable pale ale. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Overall, a nice pale ale but not memorable.

A tropical pale ale poured into a pint glass
A: Beautiful creamy, frothy head. Thick then fades after several minutes to sticky reside like a dense spiderweb. Body a light golden color, completely transparent. Best legs I have ever seen, now the glass is nearly empty; heavy thick rings left after each sip.
S: I get the "tropical" part of style title. Earthly hops with a pungent aroma of green fruit like an apple. Dominant sweet sugars in the undertones from malts. Smells like a watermelon jollyrancher.
T: Crisp, traditional taste for a pale ale. Wonderful transition of sweet sugary malts to fruity hop that blend together at the back end.
M: Slippery on the roof of mouth. Beer stays together like a wet, sticky feeling compared to falling apart to a bubbly carbonation on the back end splash.
O: Similar to Sierra Nevada PA in the sense it is true to style; fresh, strong hop taste without trying to be an IPA. Very drinkable and well-balanced. Swamp Head is an incredible brewery. This is Stump Knocker taken to a whole another level.

A-A nice burnt golden body with prominent white head.
S-Great tropical fruit/ hoppy smell. Hints of Grapefruit and papaya.
T-Really amazing hop flavor. Nice smooth citruis taste at first taste, then a giant hop bite that will stay with you for hours. Really amazing.
M-Medium body with high carbonation.
O-Really a wonderful beer. One of my favorite Swampheads. I hope the start having it more available. Awesome stuff.
