A: Really hazy, brightly orange body. Skinny white head, bubbles to a filmy lace after minutes.
S: Strong pale malts, citrus/orange hops are present but mild. Oak is minimal.
T: Yum. Gummy, bready malts with a SN pale ale type hoppy taste (strong but not quite IPA hoppy). Mild coconut, vanilla flavors with an acute tannin profile make it interestingly drinkable. A bit of a watery taste.
M: Smooth, creamy body. Low, low carbonation feel allows for unique flavors to shine. Hop flavors strong with a low bitterness, esp regarding bitterness.
O: Excellent job blending oak, malts and hops flavors while making it still pale ale drinkable. Beginning of cask poured more cloudy, this glass was near the end and did not perceive heavy tannins as others mentioned.
