Light and lemony-orange tasting. This gets better as you sip. There is some spicy favor but not very strong. The whole taste is restrained and mellow. Sudsy mouthfeel with a tangy finish. Orange in the nose. Overall this is quite pleasant for being less strongly flavored than many beers in the Wit style. From the 500 ml can purchased on the West Coast. Code stamped on the bottom is not a normal date.

From Beer Drop. Code on bottom of can makes no sense to me.
It pours a hazy orange with plenty of foam, great retention and lacing.
The smell is wheat, coriander, fruity, hint of clove, yeasty.
The taste is wheat, mild sweetness, coriander, light clove, fruity, little bit of banana. Tasty.
Mouthfeel is light, good Wit that I would drink again.

Slightly hazed yellow-gold with a dense white head that retains as a nicely fluffy blanket.
Whoa, taste is really lemony, though not tart, with faint shortbread in the background.
Despite it's decent head, it's very light-bodied and airy. It barely seems like beer, and instead more like a light lemonade.

It's a very light beer in every way. It's almost water, but not like a cheap commercial beer.
Medium head that dissipates quickly. Notes of lemon, and orange. Overall decent but just lacking depth.

On tap at Fattey Beer Company in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells slightly citrusy, with some spice and sweet wheaty aromas.
This isn’t the best witbier you’re ever gonna have, but it’s pretty well done. There’s a decently peppery and spicy bitterness here, with some clove, orange peel, and wheat.
This is lighter bodied, but pretty crisp, and very drinkable.
This is unexciting and solidly in the middle for this style.

I had this on draft 4/30/24 @ the Hopleaf.
Mostly opaque light orange appearance.
Nice white head; a thick curtain of tree-rung lacing remained.
Banana, mild caramel & mild artisanal soap notes in the nose.
Soft medium mouthfeel.
Ginger, mild banana & cream flavors up front; a bit more ginger bite on the finish.
This smelled great but the taste was a touch harsh.

The pour is saffron colored. The taste is orange, coriander, yeast, white pepper, clove, & hint of star anise. Cheers! B
