No. 2 from these fellas, one of the newest craft breweries in colombia. However this was their only beer i was actually disappointed with- not at all what i expected (being a big fan of maerzens).
Pour is mostly amber, extremely translucid with a white to tan thin head that dissipates quickly with little to no lacing whatsoever.
The smell is best part of this beer: sweet roasted malty notes, very subtly expressed, grassy finish, not too pronounced. I like it subtle when it hides a very strong surprising taste.
But the taste is disapointing. very light. very underexpressed vienna malts, no sweetness to it; only a background roasty feel immediately followed by a very cautious bitter end. Too shy. Watery mouthfeel throughout, very thin bodied and soft carbonation.
In the end, this beer could be too drinkable but it's not worth the while. Try the rest of the San Tomás beers instead.
