Toasted malts. Bready and sweet. Caramel. Light fruit flavors in the finish. Easy to drink. Much like an Oktoberfest.

Amber reddish color. Muted fruity aroma, maybe some notes of cinnamon.
Nice flavor with a dry fruity background and very light toasted malts and floral hops. Deliciously dry aftertaste with a bit effervecent sensation.
Light body with good carbonation.
Flavorful beer, worth it a try. Same for Apóstol Bock, this draft version seemed much better than the bottle one.

Aroma
Bit muted for weizen. Some light cinnamon and floral scent but kind of non-descript.
Appearance
Had in weizen glass from a 12 oz bottle in Cartagena. Reasonable haze from yeast w/yellow amber body in a weizen glass. Head was a bit off w/large carbonation bubbles that didn't linger too long.
Taste
Clean. More of a plain wheat beer flavor comes through with a slight banana and fig. Really wanted more of a 'pop' here.
Drinkability
ABV is in there pretty good at 5.3% and there's nothing off about the beer it just isn't all that remarkable for a weizen. Think they're angling for "drinkable" ales that might entice Aguila/Club Colombia drinkers
Overall
For price a bit disappointed. Wanting more of the banana/fig. Not bad, not great, good.

Thanks to my son-in-law for this brew. Popping the top I get a sweet maltiness with a whisper of earthy hops. Pouring into a glass yields a sparkling bronze colour with a macro-bubble head that recedes quickly. Taste is preceded by a very fizzy mouthfeel, maybe too much cabonation. The taste then kicks in with a metallic malty flavor and a decent hop bitterness. Nothing complex, quite consistent throughout. A good thirst quencher but overall not a real keeper.
