Poured a very nice golden color with, for a wheat, decent head and lacing. Nice wheat sweet scent with a slight spiciness underneath. Good taste with a refreshing wheat maltiness and good two row undertone; decent semi-clove at the end with a nice spicy german hop finish. Subtle but a very good hefe that is refreshing and easily drinkable by craftees and heathens alike.

A: Hazy brownish Orange color, with a little bit of white head.
S: Not too strong.. Slightly yeasty with citrus notes, and a hint of spice with some gentle hop undertones.
T: Sweet and tasty. A bit of yeast as well as citrus fruits and coriander. A very nice clean finish, on a pretty good beer.
M: Crisp and fairly clean, good level of carbonation.
D: Oh I think so. Well suited for a day of grilling, or knocking back a few at the bar. Cool and refreshing.
