Pours a nice mid-amber/brown color with decent head and nice lacing. Nice deep malty scent and a wonderfully deep and mellow malty flavor, fairly thick and dark with a few caramel/toffee tones. Goes down quite smoothly for a 7% beer. My favorite of Lil Charlie's beers.
