This is the first review that I hope will be one of many...at pour it had a nice thick head, once everything settled, the color was a nice clear golden amber.
It had a sweet cereal type smell and just like it smelled the taste started out sweet to the palate but then it left a weird bitter after taste that lingered until I kept drinking more.
When I took the second drink I notice that it had just the right amount of carbonation as well as a clean refreshing feeling.
Overall this beer is decent that I would drink occasionally

Dachsenfranz Märzen pours with massive amounts of tight tan head. The body is a beautiful copper gold color.
The aroma is mostly malt dominant. Mostly a cereal/sweet bread aroma. There is a slight hint of metallic hops character.
The taste is on par for the category. There is sweetness up front, but has a slight cooked vegetable bitterness in the end.
I was very pleased to find this beer. I stumbled upon this beer by accident, and label kind of stuck out and said drink me. This is a great session beer and leaves me very satisfied with a wet palate.
