Dachsenfranz Waize gives off a brilliant white and long sustaining head, from a moderate pour. The body is richly carbonated and is caramel / peach in color.
The aroma is a bit peppery and slightly clove.
Taste wise, this is mostly banana in character, perhaps a slight vanilla flavor too.
Mouth feel is a little oily in the end and crisp up front.
Drinkable yes, but this hefeweizen is nothing to write home about. It's a good standard weisse, but nothing significant stands out for this brew.
