Store front brewery on the main drag downtown. Somewhat dive bar-ish. Straight bar perpendicular to the entrance on the right seats about a dozen., with some tables about the room and on the sidewalk. 10 beers on tap. Friendly bartender.

(#14 of 49) This brewery is situated in a storefront setting on one of the main sytreets in this small, scenic town. Because of its location among the other businesses in the old buildings, you get to experience the feel that time has forgotten this place. We stopped here briefly to try their beers before heading on to Coeur D'Alene for the night.
The interior looks like any typical small town bar with a long bar from front to rear, except that there is beer memorabilia on the walls and the brewing equipment is visible behind a glass wall. A pool table and several board games were noted.
There were 7 beers on tap so we ordered a sampler flight of all of them. They were all brewed well to style and exceeded the characteristics for their respective style. None stood out as notable, but each was scored within a narrow grading process so that overall we had them at a B-minus grade. The Old Ale had the highest score.
This was the second brewery that we visited in Wallace, and it came in second place relative to the other one; however, it was not far behind. This place is woirthy of a visit.

Review from visit in August 2011.
Beer was average at best. It has improved since they opened a few years back, but it is still not "good". Service was OK.
OK, dusty and dirty though - it looked like they haven't ever dusted. Owners, please read and heed, clean - really. Dust the place.
The place was summed up best by my wife - "it looks like a middle age frat house, it could use a woman's touch".
I have hope though as the employee said a new brewer is starting in October. I am hoping the overall quality of beer and experience improves. Will try again, but with reservations.
