I had this beer on-tap at the brewery in a becher glass.
Appearance: pale yellow with a light haze and a finger of frothy white foam atop.
Smell: lightly malty with a bit of yeastiness and the whiff of extra carbon dioxide. It's nice.
Taste: soft malt with plenty of yeastiness and a light, earthy bitterness. I love a good zwicklbier.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a tasty and refreshing zwicklbier!
