Appearance: Pale amber colour, with a slight sediment haze, a small head made from massive bubbles, and very little carbonation

Aroma: Quite yeasty aroma, with a light citric lemon, and orange. There is an underlying sweetness, which could be a light biscuit.

Taste: The taste is bready upfront, with lots of biscuit malts, and a little sugar cane. The yeast is fairly prominent, bringing a dryness to the flavours, and a touch of Belgian taste.

Mouthfeel: Very light and refreshing on the palete, with minimal carbonation.

Drinkability: The appearance is poor, which is a shame given the light drinkable flavours. Definitely a beer that can be sessioned comfortably.
