This review is for the 2019 ‘Holiday Ale’ limited edition, 16 ounce can from a 4 pack.
Appearance: very dark honey/caramel color. Poured a 1” head with good retention and lacing.
Smell: predominantly a clove aroma with subtle cinnamon notes. No alcohol aroma.
Taste: clove with some cinnamon. Malty. Surprisingly no alcohol taste for a 7% brew.
Mouth Feel: creamy, finely carbonated, very smooth, medium to full body
Better than expected. Surprisingly no alcohol taste. I would purchase again. I gave lower scores for smell and taste since I’m not a big fan for clove/cinnamon.

This beer is still alive and (sort of) well. Four-pack of cans gifted to me by a secret snowflake. My fourth brew from these guys, have probably had a few more. Decent brew, nothing special, canned on date of 11/19.
