Pour a lovely translucent copper with a rocky, one inch, cream-colored head embedded with pinpricks. Nose expresses herbal notes, hints of grapefruit and a kiss of malt across the back. Taste follows nose - nothing overly assets. Grapefruit seeds and earthy/herbal qualities coalesce. Mouthfeel if light-medium in body with a carbonation shy of assertive. Overall, pretty drinkable with an old school quality. Nice job.
