India Pale Ale (I.P.A.) is a pale, more strongly brewed pale ale. The beer is said to have been brewed in England and Scotland in the 19th century for the Indian crown colonies with a higher alcohol and hop content. IPAs are brewed with around 13% original gravity and a large quantity of hops (Nelson Sauvin, Chinook, Citra, Centennial, El Dorado). Here, a large proportion of the hops are only used in the cold section, the so-called hop tamping. As a result, the hop aromas remain wonderfully present in the beer. We have tried this beer style and are delighted with the result! Initially, the IPA was brewed on a microbrewery in Martinszell. Then it was brewed at our brewery and now it is brewed on the large brewery as there are obviously more enthusiasts!

The IPA has a slim malt body, a pronounced hop bitterness and an insanely fruity hop aroma!
