Once a year it's hop season and then it's time to get out of bed at six in the morning and off to Tettnang. The boss drives. The hops are freshly harvested by hand and are added to the brewing kettle within just a few hours. This produces aromas of freshly mown grass, lots of greenery and sometimes floral, herbal or citrus notes. Definitely something special.
