Many years ago, our uncle Dieter Graßl wrote down a legendary recipe for a dark bock beer and filed it away for posterity. Unfortunately, he only punched out the kilo indication for the malt. Most valuable confetti ever. We completed the recipe and the result is a dark bock with a strong caramel note: sweet, malty, full-bodied and simply good. For all those who like it dark, strong and yet mild. Here's to cold days and warm hearts!
