Tasted at the brewery tap on draft from .4 ltr stein. Color was similar to Guinness, dark red almost opaque. Arrived with a tall light brown foam that held up all the way through leaving a fine lace and drink marks. Wonderful inviting caramel malt aroma. First sip brings roasted fruity malt, full mouth feel in the middle. Finished was long and ended a bit dry. The classic velvet hammer and true to style.
