I tried this at the brewery. It poured a clear copper with thin white head that did not leave much lace. The scent had hints of citrus peel. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bitter fruit presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it was a very drinkable beer.

This was a fairly average beer that didn't work as much of an ipa. Hops were mild and the mango didn't exist.
Good clarity in the beer but the nose only smelled of slightly floral hops and no fruit at all. Nothing was terrible about the beer but it sure wasn't worth drinking again

Mango. Pepper. That is about it. It isn't bad but I get the wish for more dimensions. I have 22 oz and I am not sure I want to drink it all.

Pours a burnt gold with a thin head that quickly evades but leaves a nice layer on top and lacing on the sides. Aroma is lead by sweet mangos, some toasted bread and a little caramel show itself towards the end. Flavor is more one dimensional with the mangos hogging the spotlight but some pine and alcohol presenting as well. Some bitterness. Crisp and active mouthfeel. Overall, interesting and enjoyable concept, would have liked a little more depth on the flavor front. Would drink again but probably wouldn't buy it again at the bomber prices.
