Very unique beer amazing oak sweet bourbon smell and then the surprising pleasant quinoa bouybon taste with just a little burn from the high 17% abv but overall a smooth great feel would recommend anyone to try it if they come across it

Pours a plum/pink rosé with little head. Smells of plums and wood right away with a vanilla and floral note. Taste is lovely and cert much like the nose. Light booze, Plums, earthy spice is subtle. Overall I was very pleasantly surprised. This was my first CSB beer and it will NOT be the last
