355ml bottle, time to get a break from the IPAs, and try a local-ish (meaning, made in Edmonton for a Regina company) pils...

This beer pours a hazy medium golden yellow hue, with two sturdy fingers of puffy off-white head, which leaves a few random streaks of lace around the glass as it sinks away. It smells of bready, thinly caramelized malt, a generic fruitiness, and mild earthy hops. The taste is fruity, bready malt, with some more soft grassy, floral hops. The carbonation is quite tame, the body medium weight, a bit sugary, but ultimately smooth. It finishes fairly sweet, the bakery-dough malt not ceding much ground.

The hops are there, they really are, but asleep, faded, or some other fate that renders this pilsner unbalanced, in the true style sense, not in the 'oh, what the hell, this still tastes just fine' one.

Wow...first to review...hope I can handle the pressure.
Rich, dark gold in color, oh-so-slighly hazy with a thick white head that breaks down into a nice cap. Some gobs of lacing, nothing to shout to the skies above about.

Malts smell more caamel-like than biscuit or bready. More like an ale than a pils I guess. Not much in the way of hop either...

Slight amount of crispness at first. Malt again is more sweet bread/caramel, but is balanced very nicely by grassy hop bitterness. Finishes crisp and bitterly dry.

Smooth, but I found pouring into a glass ( I tried it straight out of the bottle first...hey...I was thirsty) made it goe quite flat in a hurry. Hence it seemed a bit thin and watery.

Nice domestic Pils...will make a very good summer session beer @ a BBQ.
