Pale apricot colored with a touch of haze. Lots of fruit notes in the aroma; tangerines, grapes, lime, very citrusy. Yeasty characteristics. Clean, metallic notes. Flavor brings on an initial taste of crisp green apples, the moving onto almost graham-like malt, biscuity. Flowing into rich hops tastes with more Belgian spicy, yeasty notes. Finishes mellow on mild hop oil flavor and bitterness.I'm gonna say, if Belgian Pale Ale was the goal, I think they did a damn fine job. Very tasty, lots of European traits, lots going on, just what I like in a BPA. Ranks up there with Great Divide's and Upslope's BPAs.

Pours a murky honey orange with a foamy khaki head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of grain, earth, yeast, and spicy and peppery hop aromas. Taste is much the same with earth, yeast, and peppery hop flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is an above average beer that is drinkable, but there is nothing really memorable about this one.

Pale, semi-cloudy gold with minimal head and lacing. Aromas of light hops and sweet malts. Taste is hoppy with a mild malt backbone in the background. Hops are definitely predominant in this one. Not a lot of "Belgian style" in this one, IMO. Decent finish with a touch of bitterness lingering on the palate..

12oz bottle. Poured out a clear, golden color with a very small, khaki-colored head of foam. Fruity aroma with esters and maltiness. It tasted fruity with toasted caramel and spices.
