Made by Breckenridge for the Elephant Bar Restaurant chain - in fact this is their Pale Ale, on tap. A HUGE creamy head in my 22 oz. beer glass, an inch and a half thick! It hung around for a long time, leaving nice sticky lacing. A golden copper color, with good carbonation. Slight aroma of malt, no hops. Initial taste is nice: a little dry pine hops present at first, some malt is present, but is completely subsumed in the very dry resin aftertaste that really lingers. This is only available off and on, so enjoy it while you can!An acceptable session beer, that would go well with burgers. I would definitely order it again.
