This was a very good single-hop beer. Some of Breck's stuff can be hit or miss, but this is clearly one of their best efforts. I'd like to see this become a year-round offering if at all possible, as they don't really bottle and distribute an APA as part of their regular lineup. Very smooth, almost a bit sweet with the Citra hops, as opposed to a lot of pales which are over-hopped and bitter in their finish. Well done.

Pours an effervescent gold with 3+ fingers of cream colored head. Average lacing & better head retention
S: Tangerine & peach, some mango once warm
T: Follows the nose, lots of mango too up front, slight breadyness as well. Pineapple & mango, plus a little dryness. Finishes juicy, a little dryness, nice mango & grapefruit
MF: Medium body, fairly firm carbonation, great balance
Drinks easy, a really nice fresh hop brew
